Studio HF Return and Exchange Policy offer you the option to return or exchange items purchased on www.shopflorista.com within 7 days of the receipt. In case of returns, we will credit the amount you paid for the products to your account. If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item. However an exchange is subject to availability of the item in our stock.
All you need to do is drop an email at email@example.com within a period of 15 days, from the date of order.
However, you must understand that we can't bear a loss either; so return of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition. C'mon that's just fair!
In case of any defects/genuine fault in goods, please notify us within 3 days of receipt of goods. Defective goods can be returned to our office at New Delhi, India. We will refund the product amount or we may replace the product.
Any complaint with regards to damage or stains or stitching or any other should be reported to us within 3 days of the receipt of the products. We may ask for a digital picture of the same in order to review the same.
If the products get damaged or stained during transit by the shipping company or any other reason, Studio Hf cannot be held liable. Those products won't be returned or exchanged.
Return or Exchange because of disliking the products won't be accepted back or exchanged.
We do not accept any returns after 3 days of receiving the shipment.
All products should be returned in original condition with tags intact as attached in the product.
Returns would not be accepted for customized products.
